Frequently asked questions.
WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking process focused on helping you maximize your personal and professional potential. It’s future-oriented, strengths-based, and designed to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful action toward your goals.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A SESSION?
Each session is a guided conversation focused on reflection, clarity, and action. We will identify challenges, explore patterns, set goals, and build tools that help you move forward. Sessions are relaxed, honest, and collaborative never rushed or pressure-filled.
HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT FROM COUNSELING?
Counseling focuses on diagnosing, treating, and healing mental health conditions, trauma, and emotional wounds often rooted in the past. Coaching is not clinical. It focuses on your present and future, helping you gain awareness, build tools, overcome barriers, and move forward with purpose. Coaching can complement therapy, but it does not replace it.
WHO IS COACHING FOR?
Coaching is for anyone who wants to grow. I specialize in working with:
Business professionals and leaders looking to elevate their performance, communication, and leadership.
Individuals navigating mental health, grief, or trauma who want clarity, grounding, and freedom.
People seeking identity, purpose, and spiritual alignment in their personal or professional lives.
HOW LONG IS THE COACHING PROCESS?
That depends on your goals. Many clients meet weekly or bi-weekly for 3–6 months, while others prefer ongoing coaching for long-term growth. We’ll design a rhythm that fits your needs, season, and desired outcomes.
DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON SESSIONS?
Yes, I offer both. You can choose what feels most comfortable and convenient. Many clients prefer virtual for flexibility, while others choose in-person for personal connection.
